‘No Evidence’ of Joe Biden Being Involved in the Family Business Keeps Piling Up

Written by David Harsanyi

Joe Biden defenders have been on a wild ride this past year. It began with them arguing that the president knew absolutely nothing about his family’s influence-peddling business to arguing that it’s no big deal that Chicom wire payoffs happen to have Biden’s home address listed on them.

The quality of the excuses, unsurprisingly, has been deteriorating rapidly. They largely entail repeating the words “no” and “evidence” in a perpetual loop. But, this week, when James Comer released financial records of Hunter Biden receiving two wire transfers totaling $260,000 in 2019 from Beijing with the president’s Delaware home listed as the beneficiary address, the White House jumped into action.… Continue Reading

Joe Biden’s Age Will Be an Issue in 2024

Written by Tim Graham

Associated Press reporters were blunt about their latest poll:

“Americans actually agree on something in this time of raw discord: Joe Biden is too old to be an effective president in a second term.”

In the poll, fully 77% said Biden is too old to be effective for four more years, as he would turn 86 in the White House. Naturally, 89% of Republicans agreed — but so did 69% of Democrats and, most importantly for the general election, 74% of independents.… Continue Reading

Record Debt and Inflation From the ‘Rich Men North of Richmond’

Written by Daniel Horowitz

In the words of sudden country music sensation Oliver Anthony, “You weren’t born to just pay bills and die.” Yet unless we stop the debt-driven inflation and the Federal Reserve scam used to perpetuate it, we won’t even be able to pay all the bills we work our entire lives to afford.

Inflation is back with a vengeance, despite the quickest rise in interest rates ever and despite the choking off of the M2 money supply.

Biden Administration Provides Cover for Hunter Investigation

Written by David E. Smith

Last Friday afternoon, Attorney General Merrick Garland announced that he had named Delaware U.S. Attorney David Weiss as special counsel to continue the investigation into Hunter Biden “as well as any matters that arose from that investigation or may arise from the Special Counsel’s investigation.” This appointment has been criticized as illegal by many, including liberal Harvard Law School professor Alan Dershowitz.

George Washington University Law Professor Jonathan Turley is also on record in a column for The Hill pointing out significant problems with the appointment:

This is, after all, the same Weiss who headed an investigation that was trashed by whistleblowers, who alleged that his investigation had been fixed from the outset.

Biden Scandal Will Have Us Looking To The Amish For Help

Written by Robert Knight

Off the main roads, where all you see are cornfields, farms, cows, horses and an occasional buggy, it’s easy to forget the predatory culture that has eclipsed normal American life in most other places.

A peaceful spirit animates the countryside inhabited by the Amish, a growing sect in Pennsylvania, Maryland, Virginia, Ohio, Indiana, Wisconsin, and more than two dozen other states.

“English” visitors, which is what the Amish call everyone else, seem to sense that they should behave better.… Continue Reading

TPUSA Action/Conference – A Personal Perspective

Written by Nancy Hayes

About 3 weeks ago, Turning Point USA and Turning Point Action sponsored a Conference for the conservative grassroots at the Palm Beach Convention Center in Palm Beach, Florida. Attendance was estimated at over 6,000, with close to half of those being young, conservative college students.

As you may or may not know, Turning Point was initially founded locally in 2012 in Lemont, Illinois. Charlie Kirk is originally from the Arlington Heights/Prospect Heights area.… Continue Reading

Jack Smith’s Jan. 6 Indictments Are an Attack on Political Speech

Written by David Harsanyi

If recklessly lying to voters were a crime, most everyone in D.C. would be serving life in solitary confinement at Supermax. But in a liberal democracy, as frustrating as it often is, political misconduct is settled by voters and elections, not partisan prosecutors or rioters.

Feel free to campaign and vote against Donald Trump if you like. I’m certainly no fan. If Trump wins in 2024, Congress can impeach and remove him if they choose.… Continue Reading

Excellent Analysis Of The Latest Federal Indictment Against Trump

Written by David E. Smith

As you know, yet another federal indictment of former President Donald J. Trump has been filed. This time for his efforts to protest the results of the 2020 election. Many legal experts and political pundits are saying this will be an extremely challenging case to prove, as it involves questions about freedom of speech, election interference, and whether the specific charges brought against him hold water legally.

In an interview with Morning Wire, attorney Andy McCarthy speculates that “a good 90 percent of it, is politically protected speech.Continue Reading

Biden Family Corruption and Anticipated Impeachment

Written by David E. Smith

The U.S. House Oversight Committee has been investigating the business dealings of Hunter Biden and his associates since 2020. In recent months, the committee has held a number of closed-door depositions with witnesses, including former Hunter Biden business associates Devon Archer and Tony Bobulinski.

Archer testified that he met with Hunter Biden in 2014 to discuss a business deal in China. Archer said that Hunter Biden told him that he was “looking for a way to get involved in China” and that he wanted to use Archer’s connections to help him do so.… Continue Reading

Bidenomics: Cashless, Homeless, and Jobless

Written by Daniel Horowitz

The president recently defined “Bidenomics” as building the economy “from the middle out and bottom up, not the top down.” In fact, Bidenomics is really the economy’s equivalent to “long COVID,” whereby that same middle class suffers permanent degradation of quality of life and standard of living while being caught in the permanent and degenerative cycle of government debt, inflation, and market manipulation.

Despite the rosy economic projections from the White House, incontrovertible data shows that because of the COVID lockdown policies he and his predecessor supported and the new policies they enacted to “fix” the market distortions created by the endless debt-driven inflation, a young family now has to live at the top of the economic pyramid to even afford basic living.… Continue Reading
