Judge Denies Tyler Robinson’s Plea to Remove Death Penalty

Written by Alyssa Sonnenburg

On Monday, July 6, 2026, preliminary hearings started taking place in regard to Charlie Kirk’s assassination case.

Tyler Robinson, the alleged assassin, and his defense team, requested that the death penalty be removed from consideration in his trial. The defense’s request was in response to prosecutor Christopher Ballard’s comment to the media about having “ample evidence” to prove Robinson’s guilt, in what the defense claimed was a violation of a gag order.… Continue Reading

Note-Worthy 2026 SCOTUS Wins and Losses

Written by Alyssa Sonnenburg

June is the notorious month for U.S. Supreme Court decisions.

We all remember June 24, 2022, when the horrific Roe v. Wade decision, making abortion the law of the land, was overturned and given back to the states.

This past June, a number of decisions were handed down— some very good and some very bad.

We’ll highlight a few of the significant ones:

1.) Birthright Citizenship (Loss)

On June 30th, the U.S.… Continue Reading

Another Win for Freedom of Speech in Illinois

Written by Alyssa Sonnenburg

Recently, Laura Hois, a candidate for State Representative District 81, successfully settled a lawsuit against the Downers Grove Park District.

In order to understand why this is cause for celebration, context is needed.

Her lawsuit states that on July 30, 2024 and other occasions, Hois was excessively deprived of exercising her freedom of speech. During her campaign, she would regularly hold speeches at her local parks located in Downers Grove.… Continue Reading

The Candace Owens Problem: Clicks, Chaos, and Conspiracy

Written by Dr. Everett Piper

On Feb. 23, Candace Owens released the trailer for her upcoming “investigative series,” called “The Bride of Charlie,” whereby she removes all doubt (if any remained) that she is either an unhinged, delusional moonbat or just plain evil.

Here is just a smattering of the loony nonsense Ms. Owens continues to peddle as she proves more and more every day that she is completely deranged.

Despite zero evidence to support her claims, Candace Owens persists in suggesting that Erika Kirk and/or other Turning Point USA insiders have been complicit in a broader plot and subsequent cover-up of Charlie Kirk’s murder.… Continue Reading

Why the Left Gets a Pass on Political Violence

Written by Robert Knight

We keep being told that both sides of America’s political divide are equally culpable for violent rhetoric and violent acts. It’s a lie.

Virtually all of it comes from the political left. It wasn’t right-wingers who shot President Donald Trump and murdered health care executive Brian Thompson in New York and conservative activist Charlie Kirk in Utah in cold blood.

It wasn’t Young Republicans who attacked a Turning Point USA event on the University of California, Berkeley, campus last week, beating up a TPUSA staffer.… Continue Reading

The Real Reason They’re Attacking Riley Gaines

Written by Dana Pico

Judging from my Twitter — I refuse to call it — feed, the talking points memo has gone out: the left must attack Riley Gaines Barker, the former University of Kentucky swimmer who is now a vocal advocate for protecting women’s sports from men males who think they’re somehow women. It’s no surprise to me that the very lovely Amanda Marcotte had to join in; hat tip to Carol Marks of The Victory Girls for pointing out this article.

When Love Grows Cold: The Rise of Political Violence

Written by David E. Smith

The growing political violence in the U.S. is a serious concern that threatens both the stability of our republic and the safety of its citizens. What we’re witnessing today is not merely partisan animosity, but open hostility — a clear sign of our culture’s moral and spiritual decline, which undermines the very foundation of a civilized society.

Just look at the violent mobs that recently targeted ICE offices and federal agents — torching vehicles, smashing windows, and assaulting officers who enforce our nation’s immigration laws.… Continue Reading

Liberal Lyrics, Empty Promises, and the Search for God

Written by Robert Knight

I was listening in the car the other day to an old Jackson Browne album.

Don’t judge. The man has talent, even if, in his 70s, he still suffers from chronic liberalitis.

Contracted in adolescence, liberalitis is a mental block against reality that usually fades in most people with the passing of time. For some reason, people in show business seem more inclined than others to have an antibiotic like resistance to the kinds of life lessons that constitute a cure.… Continue Reading

Shameful “Karma” Post by D300 School Board President

Written by David E. Smith

See update below!

Community Unit School District 300 (D300), based in Algonquin, Illinois, is the sixth-largest district in the state, serving families across Kane, McHenry, Cook, and DeKalb counties. While the school board ought to be focused on academic excellence and serving students, instead, the spotlight has been stolen by Vice President of the Board of Education, Nancy Zettler—whose reckless words have inflamed the community and dishonored her office.

Disgraceful Words

On September 10, 2025, Christian conservative apologist Charlie Kirk was assassinated.… Continue Reading
