As you know, our choices for the President of the United States (POTUS) are either Vice President Kamala Harris or former President Donald J. Trump. It is a choice between the continuation of the Biden-Harris Administration or a return to the policies of the Trump Administration.
Under a Harris-Walz administration, we can expect big government mandates that will promote taxpayer funding of unrestricted abortion on-demand, transgenderism (even for inmates), housing, food and healthcare for illegal immigrants, and free college tuition and student loans wiped clean.… Continue Reading

Many people believe that the vote in November will be the most important Election Day in our lifetimes. I concur. The stakes are off the charts in this one.
Despite Democratic nominee Kamala Harris’ “New Way Forward” slogan, the incumbent vice president’s elevation to the Oval Office would guarantee a continuing spiral toward collectivism, American decline, economic stagnation, attacks on religious liberty and free speech, the Second Amendment, and a future one-party election system fueled by millions of illegal immigrants.… Continue Reading

Are you confused by the calls from well-known evangelical leaders like John Piper to not vote for Donald Trump in November? Everyone but God makes mistakes, but I believe that to boycott Trump because he does not measure up to evangelical standards is a mistake with potentially catastrophic consequences.
If you witness a little child, without a floatation device, falling into a swimming pool you don’t need to wait for the Spirit to prompt you to go in after him!… Continue Reading

Sometimes, particularly in the toxic world of social media, it’s difficult to know whether people are being honest and earnest in their questions or whether they’re trying to make a statement.
Usually, after a modicum of research it becomes apparent, as was the case with the recent query posted by online anti-Trump activist John Collins:
I know that’s an attempted jab, a straightforward slight, smacking of an arrogantly patriarchal mindset, directed at women who see the world differently than him.… Continue Reading

Fox News reported that presidential candidate Kamala Harris affirmed her support of a federal wealth tax.
It’s meant to hit only the “super wealthy”:
“The proposal would impose a minimum tax of 25% on total income, generally inclusive of unrealized capital gains, for all taxpayers with wealth (that is, the difference obtained by subtracting liabilities from assets) greater than $100 million,” the Treasury Department stated in its FY25 revenue proposals. The same proposal was also put forth by the Biden-Harris administration in fiscal year 2024 and in fiscal year 2023, but the minimum taxable amount was 20%.

There’s a meme going around recently regarding Vice President Kamala Harris’ proposal to impose an “unrealized capital gains” tax on American citizens.
The meme says:
“Your mom purchased her home 40 years ago. She paid $50,000 for it. It’s paid off, which is great because Mom lives on a fixed income. It’s now worth $500,000! Kamala Harris wants her to pay 25% of that gain even though your mom has no plans to sell the home.

It’s not even Halloween, and the election is two months away, yet the Russian hobgoblins are coming out again to scare all the boys and girls.
Attorney General Merrick Garland’s Justice Department is working hard to turn some annoying Russian cyber meddling into the greatest threat to “democracy” since Hillary Clinton’s operatives hatched the Russian collusion hoax of 2016.
Here’s how it works. The FBI identifies “divisive” themes put out by Russian bots, such as citizens’ concerns over inflation or crimes committed by illegal aliens and then denounces them as “disinformation.” … Continue Reading

On Labor Day, the traditional start of fall election campaigns, Real Clear Politics gave Kamala Harris a lead of 1.8 points in the national polls. On the same date in 2020, Joe Biden had a 7.2 point lead. On the same date in 2016, Hillary Clinton had a 4.1 point lead.
While this appears to be comforting news, the three races were different because the first two races had October Surprises that favored Donald J.… Continue Reading

Could there be anything more creepy?
Last weekend, the “second gentleman” of the United States, Douglass Emhoff, took to X to post his personal support of child killing for convenience:
I understand the politics behind the post. Since the Dobbs decision overturned Roe v Wade, Democrats have been capitalizing financially and electorally on the issue of aborting children in the womb.… Continue Reading

Can we agree that words mean something? All of us know that there is great power in our words and that civilizations are built and cultures are conquered not so much by armies and navies, but by speeches and lectures, blogs and books — in other words, by the power of our words more so than the threat of bullets and bombs.
This was Huxley and Orwell’s message. They warned of dystopias where the manipulation of words would be used as a means to total power and total control.… Continue Reading
