Amendment 1 Proponents Tip Their Hand to Hidden Agenda in Chicago Tribune

Written by John Lopez

This article continues addressing a ballot measure that Illinois voters must vote on this election cycle.
We urge voters to reject Amendment 1, a constitutional amendment that
would elevate collective bargaining rights in the Illinois Constitution,
allowing government union contracts to override state law.

“Hundreds of trucks sit empty in California this week, exacerbating a supply chain crisis already driving the cost of food and goods for all Americans to new heights.

Catalina Lauf Abandons “Pro-Life Conservative” and Second Amendment Planks

Yes, I called IL-11 Republican nominee Catalina Lauf a “phony” on national radio and here’s why

by John Lopez

On September 11, 2022, I phoned in to Beyond the Beltway with Bruce DuMont, which is broadcast live across the country Sunday nights from Salem Media Group’s studios in Elk Grove Village.  Three Republican guests were talking about Donald Trump’s influence on Republican Party politics. In particular, DuMont and three guests were talking about Hispanic voters.… Continue Reading

The FBI and Liberal Media Collusion Grinds On

Written by Robert Knight

Someone in the FBI keeps leaking materials that agents seized during the shocking, unprecedented nine-hour raid of former President Donald Trump’s Florida home on August 8.

We know this because supposedly sensitive documents keep turning up in the Washington Post. Of course, they do. The paper justifies its eager role in the FBI-fueled witch hunt against Mr. Trump by claiming concern for “national security.”

If that’s their motive, the Post should report on President Joe Biden’s dangerous foreign policies and his perversion of our armed forces into a “safe space” for Corporal Klinger.… Continue Reading

Note from John Lopez:  With developments late Thursday, September 1, with Illinois Attorney General Kwame Raoul (D) filing a civil suit against Drive Construction for violating Illinois laws, including the Illinois Employee Classification Act, this article will continue discussing Amendment 1’s hidden agenda, while on the surface is collective bargaining, but in reality Worker Classification will be implemented. Continue Reading

Proponents of Amendment 1 Hidden Agenda: Worker Classification to Grow Union Membership by Robbing Freedom from Workers

No matter how often anyone claims Amendment 1 is not about Worker Classification, the paper trail of proponents proves claims as untrue

The organized labor movement helped to build the United States of America to be the greatest country in the world.

Once workers were protected with laws many take for granted today, like the 40-hour work week, overtime pay and the ability for front line workers to organize, the American middle class was established and thrived through most of the 20th Century.… Continue Reading

Freedom or Totalitarianism – Which Will “We The People” Choose?

Written by Oliver L. North and David Goetsch

We now know the Aug 8, 2022 raid on former President Donald Trump’s home at Mar-A-Lago, was authorized by a federal judge at the request of U.S. Attorney General Merrick Garland. We also know more than forty federal prosecutors, FBI agents, and “others” participated in what Mr. Garland called a “search” of the former president’s home “to prevent the destruction of evidence” in criminal activity.

No former president of the United States has ever been subjected to such indignity.

An IRS That’s Armed and Dangerous

Written by Stephen Moore

The Biden administration has a lot of nerve proposing to double the budget of the Internal Revenue Service and add 87,000 employees.

This plan is set to become law as part of the soon-to-be-enacted Inflation Reduction Act. And it comes around the same time as the outrageous FBI raid of former President Donald Trump‘s Mar-a-Lago compound in Palm Beach, Florida. The Biden administration has converted the FBI and the Justice Department into functionaries of the Democratic Party’s character assassination campaign.… Continue Reading

Why Are no Democrats Prosecuted by Garland’s DOJ?

Written by Dr. Everett Piper

On Wednesday, Aug. 10, Merrick Garland, the United States Attorney General, confidently strutted to the national podium and asserted, “No person is above the law in this country. I can’t say it any more clearly than that.” He then went further: “There is nothing … which prevents us from investigating anyone — anyone — who’s criminally responsible …”

As principled as that all sounds, one can’t help but ask Mr. … Continue Reading

Biden Puts IRS Funding Ahead of Military and Border Security

Written by Stephen Moore

Everyone should be deeply troubled by the recent report that the Army is on pace to miss its recruiting goal by dozens of thousands of troops and by the report that followed a few days later, alleging that the Border Patrol is running short of agents in Arizona and Texas. The border is so porous these days that even mayors of sanctuary cities are starting to complain about illegal immigration.

So, what is Congress doing about these crises?… Continue Reading
