It is insidious to watch the left do its dirty work of demonization. It starts with a narrative constructed on false accusations and misleading innuendos. Then, the narrative is repeated enough until it becomes accepted truth. Finally, wider conclusions are drawn from it, casting ugly aspersions on the innocent.
In the current iteration, the narrative began with accusations that President Donald Trump was a white supremacist and racist, fueled by selective quotes from his Charlottesville press conference.

The Illinois Republican County Chairmen’s Association prompted an outcry from Muslims when it posted a faux movie poster image labeling four Democratic congresswomen as “The Jihad Squad” on its Facebook page.
The post showed the four congresswomen with a tagline that read, “Political jihad is their game. If you don’t agree with their socialist ideology, you’re racist.” U.S. Reps. Ayanna Pressley of Massachusetts and Ilhaam Omar of Minnesota are shown holding guns.… Continue Reading

In one sense, the Commie Quad Squad (CQS) has done us all a favor by flushing out the extremism of the Democratic Party for conspicuous public display.
U.S. House Leader Nancy Pelosi is quaking in her boots, realizing that it is getting increasingly difficult to hide her party’s radicalism from American voters, many of whom still cling to the fantasy that the Democratic Party is predominantly pro-American.
Pelosi at least has the sense to know this extremism won’t play well in national elections — even today — and she is struggling to cover it up.… Continue Reading

Does Planned Parenthood target blacks? That is what Dr. Martin Luther King’s niece thinks.
Recently, I spoke on my radio show with Evangelist Alveda King, the niece of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. She is the Director of Civil Rights for the Unborn with the organization Priests for Life. The focus was on Planned Parenthood and the African-American community.
Her comments are relevant all year round, especially around this time of MLK day and the anniversary of the U.S.… Continue Reading

Dr. Eric Wallace joins Monte Larrick in this podcast. Dr. Wallace is the president of the Freedom’s Journal Institute. A former pastor, adjunct professor, author, military, and political candidate are descriptors used by others to describe Dr. Wallace. However, he prefers to be recognized first and foremost as a believer in Jesus Christ and a servant of God.
They converse on the criteria for identifying a candidate who deserves your vote, christian conservatives deserting their biblical values when voting, racism in the church, and what we as Christians can do to combat racism.… Continue Reading

No offense, my Democratic friends, but only in the modern Democratic Party could a Democratic icon such as Andrew Cuomo fearlessly and publicly claim that America “was never that great.” Just two decades ago, few Democrats would dare make that statement.
Lest you fall for the lie that this was merely a one-off hyperbole, notice the full range of Cuomo’s intentional remarks.
Gov. Cuomo’s Remarks
“We’re not going to make America great again,” said the New York governor.… Continue Reading

Leftist ideologues live in an alternate universe, a product of their hallucinations of an America that does not exist except in their own demented thinking.
The latest manifestation of this delusional perception is Eugene Robinson‘s opinion piece in the Washington Post on July 5. Here is some of what he said:
Racism is a feature of the Trump administration, not a bug[.] …
We have not seen such overt racism from a president since Woodrow Wilson imposed Jim Crow segregation in Washington and approvingly showed “The Birth of a Nation,” director D.W.

“All I know is what I read in the papers,” Will Rogers used to say when opening his vaudeville act. In that spirit, here are two items in the news that shed light on our current culture.
In a full-page newspaper ad that ran during the Winter Olympics, Edward W. Stack, chairman of DICK’s Sporting Goods, basically paraphrased Rodney King’s admonition to the Los Angeles rioters in 1992: “Can we all get along?”… Continue Reading

In almost every area of American life, the better things are, the worse it is for the Democratic Party. And vice versa.
Marriage
Even today, after decades of feminism, most Americans agree that it is better for women (and for men)—and better for society—when women (and men) marry.
Yet, when women marry, it is bad for the Democratic Party; and when women do not marry, even after—or shall we say, especially after—having children, it is quite wonderful for the Democratic Party.… Continue Reading

In politics, it is sometimes impossible to avoid encountering heated exchanges between political opponents.
Recently, Illinois Democratic Congressman Luis Gutierrez leveled charges at White House Chief of Staff retired U.S. Army General David Kelly. While Kelly’s response was pointed, it was not nearly as harsh as those of Hispanic 100 spokesman Steve Cortes.
First, a little background. Many of us have been aware of Rep. Gutierrez since he joined the U.S.… Continue Reading
