Party of Progress
Lets Its Mask Slip

Written by Robert Knight

Things have come to a pretty pass when the most “moderate” Democratic presidential candidate wants to make history by bringing along a “first gentleman” instead of a first lady.

That’s where things stand after the latest Democratic debates, town halls and other glimpses into the bizarre strain in American politics known as progressivism.

The aforementioned “moderate” is Pete Buttigieg, the openly homosexual South Bend, Indiana, mayor whose legal spouse is a man.… Continue Reading

Interracial Violence

Written by Laurie Higgins

Parroting academicians in now-sullied Ivory Towers, Democratic scolds running for president have been lecturing Americans on the pervasiveness of the white scourge of “systemic racism.” Elizabeth Warren said, “Two sets of rules: one for white families. And one for everybody else. That’s how a rigged system works.” Joe Biden calls racism “overwhelmingly a white man’s problem visited on people of color” and “systematic racism…. [has] been built into every aspect of our system.” Pete Buttigieg asserts that “systemic racism is a white problem.” Beto O’Rourke thunders “Racism in America is endemic.”

Well, Heather MacDonald, author, Thomas W.… Continue Reading

Denial of Reality Could Become a Democratic Campaign Slogan

Written by Dr. Everett Piper

On Tuesday, Sept. 24, 2019, U.S. House Speaker Nancy Pelosi announced a formal impeachment inquiry of President Donald Trump for allegedly asking the Ukrainian president to investigate Joe Biden. U.S. House Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy responded: “Facts be damned. Democrats are insisting this is their moment to impeach President Trump. Speaker Pelosi’s decree changes nothing.”

And, thus, without even intending it, Mr. McCarthy just stumbled into what will be the campaign slogan for the Democratic Party from now until November 2020.… Continue Reading

Buttigieg Distorts Logic and Scripture on Abortion

Written by David Limbaugh

Perhaps Mayor Pete Buttigieg would have a better shot at appealing to Christian voters if he would not go to such extreme lengths to contort Scripture to rationalize his party’s abominable stance on abortion.

The Democratic presidential candidate openly expresses his Christian faith and was the first candidate to hire a national faith outreach director. He believes political conservatism is less compatible with Christianity than political liberalism.

Buttigieg says the GOP likes “to cloak itself in their language of religion” and accuses Republicans of hypocrisy for their alleged callousness about family separations at the border.… Continue Reading

Democrats Put Their Faith in the Faithless

Written by Robert Knight

Democrats can’t seem to figure out whether they want to use the government to drive Christianity underground or just replace the biblical version with fake Christianity.

These aren’t mutually exclusive goals; either one brings America closer to a secular, socialist state whose unofficial religion is atheism.

Democratic presidential contenders like former Vice President Joe Biden, Massachusetts U.S. Senator Elizabeth Warren, New Jersey U.S. Senator Cory Booker, California U.S. Senator Kamala Harris and South Bend Mayor Pete Buttigieg invoke Christianity to shill for taxpayer-funded, unrestricted abortion and the family values of Sodom, plus confiscation of wealth and redistribution.  … Continue Reading

The Left Stokes Racist Flames and Demonizes Millions

Written by Dr. Michael Brown

It is insidious to watch the left do its dirty work of demonization. It starts with a narrative constructed on false accusations and misleading innuendos. Then, the narrative is repeated enough until it becomes accepted truth. Finally, wider conclusions are drawn from it, casting ugly aspersions on the innocent.

In the current iteration, the narrative began with accusations that President Donald Trump was a white supremacist and racist, fueled by selective quotes from his Charlottesville press conference.

Pete Buttigieg: Fool or Wolf in Lamb’s Clothing?

Written by Laurie Higgins

Claiming to be a Christian, faux-married, homosexual Democratic presidential candidate Pete Buttigieg wields the Bible as a political weapon with which to bludgeon conservatives. It’s odd then that fellow “progressives” don’t chastise Buttigieg for violating the separation of church and state as they do when theologically orthodox Christians cite their faith as informing their public policy positions. Let’s not forget the chilling words of homosexual New York Times writer Frank Bruni who re-envisions the First Amendment in such a way as to circumscribe narrowly the heretofore free exercise of religion:

I support the right of people to believe what they do and say what they wish — in their pews, homes and hearts.

Buttigieg’s Appropriation of God is Not Ok

Written by Peter Heck

In a crowded field of competitors I get what he’s doing.  And politically I don’t blame him.  South Bend Mayor Pete Buttigieg is a longshot candidate who lacks the pedigree, chops, and experience for the office he seeks.  But that doesn’t always matter in presidential primaries.  Often times outsider candidates who find a niche, tap into a core group of committed supporters who are willing to ride with them through thick and thin, can take advantage of the splintering nature of crowded race demographics and pull the upset.… Continue Reading

SPOTLIGHT: Sandy Rios Interviews Laurie Higgins

Written by David E. Smith

With public schools soon to be in session all over the state of Illinois, this conversation between Sandy Rios, host of Sandy Rios In the Morning on American Family Radio, and IFI’s cultural affairs writer, Laurie Higgins, is especially timely.

Higgins and Rios discuss the “assault and propaganda” that public schools unleash on their captive and impressionable student audience. They also consider the genesis of the “trans juggernaut” and delve into the unholy alliance between the National Education Association and the most radical elements of the Democratic Party.… Continue Reading
