I am saddened by what occurred at the nation’s Capitol building on Wednesday. Such mob violence, especially against the nation’s institutions of government, must be firmly and unequivocally condemned.
For my entire lifetime, the Republican Party has been the party of law and order and has zealously honored the U.S. Constitution. We must and will continue to be.
Most conservatives are rightly condemning the violence, but it should be noted that this is not typical of people on the right.… Continue Reading

In his classic work, “The Book of Virtues,” former U.S. Secretary of Education William J. Bennett recounts the story of a young boy who brought death and ruin upon himself and his community by his lies. We have all heard the tale over and over again in our youth. It goes like this.
“There was once a shepherd boy who kept his flock at a little distance from the village.… Continue Reading

Many Trump haters have been lying all along about President Donald J. Trump, what he stands for, what his record has been and who his supporters are. Now they tell us they want unity.
What Trump wants — and want his supporters want — is for America to reclaim its greatness, its robust liberty tradition, its prosperity, the integrity of its borders, fair trade deals with foreign nations and its military strength.… Continue Reading

There are many people who do not like the personality of President Donald J. Trump and his unorthodox methods of communicating. Some have even gone so far as to say that they couldn’t vote for him because of his temperament and/or boorishness.
Having concerns about or aversions to President Trump’s style is understandable. You don’t have to like him. When it comes to picking the commander in chief of the United States, we believe that voters should carefully consider President Trump’s record of achievements over the past four years and his goals for a second term.… Continue Reading

We face an election of monumental consequence with two candidates with significant communication challenges, a public that gets caught up in the minutiae of spun “narratives,” and a poisonous press that long ago abandoned the legitimizing tasks of the Fourth Estate to join the Fifth column. As the Fifth Column continues its relentless efforts at a soft coup of a duly elected president via character assassination and other assorted machinations, it seems some historical perspective is in order.… Continue Reading

In 2018, in a video series titled “Conception,” and posted on YouTube, the New York Times profiled “Gabrielle” Darone, a man who pretends to be a woman and who, with his wife, has fathered two children. Two years after the New York Times’ sympathetic portrayal of Darone’s envy of his wife’s pregnancy and his claims that he is a much better parent now that he pretends to be a mother, Darone is about to be divorced.… Continue Reading

So, Colin Kaepernick is the current face of American professional sports.
This is the guy widely panned four years ago for his protests during the playing of the National Anthem at National Football League games. Now he’s the bee’s knees.
That’s the picture from a Washington Post poll that says a majority (56 percent) of Americans actually approve of athletes kneeling in protest when the Star-Spangled Banner is played. Only 42 percent of those polled say it’s “not appropriate.”… Continue Reading

Not surprisingly, quisling Mitt Romney has spawned a quisling movement. Thirty-four quislings and quislingettes have started an organization called Quislings4Biden Romney4Biden. They use deceitful language in an attempt to ennoble their defection to the dark side of the Joe Biden campaign, which is operating fearfully from Biden’s darkened basement where the flickering light from his dimming mind slowly burns out.
In their mission statement, the quislings begin by blaming the deaths of Americans from the lethal virus whose escape from a Chinese Communist lab was concealed by the Chinese Communist government in cahoots with the World Health Organization so the Chinese Communists could scarf up PPE and ventilators before the rest of the world could get any.… Continue Reading

At the Democratic National Convention on Monday night, perhaps the most popular living demagogue, Michelle Obama, a woman practiced at the art of deception, delivered a deceitful polemic with the theatrical skill of her best Hollywood pals. Then on Wednesday night, her oily husband, equally full of hubris and skilled at humbuggery, becoming the first former president in modern history to swagger onto the national stage with teeth bared and claws unsheathed, and armed with the audacity of revenge.… Continue Reading

Pre-pandemic, the economic policies of the Trump administration had the economy soaring, providing the black community with the lowest unemployment rate in history. Then the Chinese Communist government unleashed a horror on the world, which became the crisis for which Democrats longed and are exploiting.
In their devilish quest to shepherd befuddled Biden into the Oval Office in January, Democrats are desperately trying to keep schools and businesses shut down no matter the cost in unnecessary human suffering.… Continue Reading
