From Hunter’s Laptop to the LGBTQ Mouse and the White House

Written by Robert Knight

There are many column-worthy topics, but I’m going to limit this to the Hunter Biden laptop, President Biden’s troubling gaffes and Disney’s latest plunge into “wokeness.”

The Washington Post, like The New York Times, has finally admitted the validity of Hunter Biden’s laptop 16 months after the New York Post broke the story. Like Big Tech, they suppressed it until after his father, Joe Biden, was safely ensconced in the White House.… Continue Reading

The Gulf Widens Between Democrats’ Truth & Lies

Written by Robert Knight

If you don’t go outside the legacy media, you might have missed a few important stories.

In New York, Democrat Gov. Kathy Hochul extended the COVID-19 “emergency” to March 16, even though the pandemic is running out of steam.

“The rate of new COVID-19 hospital admissions has been increasing over the past month to over 300 new admissions a day,” she said. But, as The Wall Street Journal’s Allysia Finley points out, “In fact, state data show that daily new hospital admissions fell to around 300 from 2,100 in early January.”… Continue Reading

The West’s Fixation on Climate Change is Proving Disastrous

Written by Peter Heck

The crisis in Ukraine has highlighted, once again, the foolishness of the Western world’s climate change gambit – that is, shackling ourselves with economy-crippling restrictions that the globe’s largest, dirtiest, and most dangerous countries will ignore. Commentator Erick Erickson explained the ignorance recently:

Over the last two decades, Putin has taken advantage of the Western world’s grievous fixation with climate change. European nations have reduced their dependence on both fossil fuels and nuclear power.

Adam Schiff’s Avalanche of Accolades

Written by Brent Bozell III

Our media elites arrogantly lecture about our democracy being undermined by robotic propaganda, but do they ever listen to themselves talk about the Democrats? Somehow, they think their robotic propaganda is just the “truth.” The press came to witness the Senate impeachment trial, and U.S. Representative Adam Schiff (D-CA) had them at hello.

No member of Congress has been more dramatically partisan in this war on the Trump presidency than Schiff. … Continue Reading

The Constitution and Rule of Law – When It Suits Them

Written by Robert Knight

Upon delivering two articles of impeachment to the U.S. Senate on Wednesday, U.S. House Speaker Nancy Pelosi declared that Mr. Trump was guilty of “an assault on the Constitution of the United States.”

Wow. That was some phone call he made to Ukraine’s president. Who knew that, if unaddressed, it would unravel the nation’s founding document?

In any case, Mrs. Pelosi’s newfound, if selective, respect for the U.S. Constitution is refreshing.

In 2010, when asked what part of the U.S.… Continue Reading

No Surprise, the Media Hates Trump

Written by Micah Clark

Another study has found that the mainstream media is overwhelmingly slanted in its coverage of the President. One could argue that Donald Trump is a very different kind of politician whose off the cuff, rough and tumble, shoot from the hip, clunky speaking style makes him an easy target, compared to previous presidents. Yet, when nearly all of the news coverage is found to be negative, objectivity and fairness are missing.

In the first 100 days since U.S.… Continue Reading

Pelosi’s Democrats Unite and Catalyze the GOP

Written by David Limbaugh

Nothing has done more to unite Republicans — from GOP congressmen in Washington, D.C., to malodorous Walmart patrons in rural America — than the Democrats’ quixotic, vendetta-fueled crusade against President Donald Trump.

Trump’s election was a seismic blow to the left, which has paralyzed it with hatred and reduced it to a gigantic mob of bloated self-importance and radical opposition.

Have you ever heard congressional Democrats pay such homage to the Constitution?… Continue Reading

Much Ado Over Not Very Much

Written by William Murchison

A history professor I once studied under tended to offer weary responses to technical and highly dispensable questions of the sort that arise in weary seminars. To wit: “But what’s that got to do with the price of eggs?” Or, more pointedly sometimes, “the price of eggs in Arkansas?”

I thought of this aptly characterized boredom threshold as I watched the impeachment — um — hearings on Monday. Hearings? Snorings seems more to the point: a canopy of mingled objections and arguments and the preening of elected officials who know well enough they are on television.… Continue Reading

Operating Above the Law

Written by Robert Knight

“No one is above the law,” U.S. House Speaker Nancy Pelosi said when announcing the start of the impeachment process against President Donald J. Trump.

She should have tempered it with: “unless you’re a Democrat.”

For starters, literally hundreds of Democrat-controlled jurisdictions operate as “sanctuary cities,” flouting the law by refusing to cooperate with federal immigration officials.  Nothing ever happens to the Democrat politicians, just the crime victims at the hands of criminal aliens who are released instead of being turned over to immigration enforcement officers.… Continue Reading

The Democrats’ Election Interference Projection

Written by David Limbaugh

You know what doesn’t pass the smell test in the Democrats’ sham impeachment crusade? Their main beef is that President Donald Trump abused his power to interfere with a presidential election (2020), yet that’s all they have been doing for the last three years.

Interference with a presidential election (2016) was also their allegation with the Russia-collusion hoax. Oh, my, how they revere the integrity of the election process.

Remember U.S. Rep.… Continue Reading
