In 2020, Judicial Watch with the support of Attorney David Shestokas, filed a lawsuit on behalf of Illinois Conservative Union against the State of Illinois, the Illinois State Board of Elections and its Director for failing to allow public access to its voter roll data in violation of the federal National Voter Registration Act of 1993 (NVRA). The lawsuit was filed in the United States District Court in the Northern District of Illinois  (Illinois Conservative Union et al v.Continue Reading

Macon County Sheriff Election: Irregularities in Elections (Part 1)

Written by Kristi Shaffer

The right to vote is nearly sacred in the United States. Elections are closely monitored for an accurate count and assurance that the voices of the people are heard. At least that is the intended outcome of the election process, but, far too often, things go awry. Many of us watched back-and-forth recounts, audits, and legal battles in various states over the 2020 presidential election. However, there was a battle right here in Illinois for election legitimacy of which few were aware.… Continue Reading

Written by Jenna Smith

Welcome to part two of Monte Larrick’s conversation with David Shestokas, attorney and Republican candidate for Illinois Attorney General. In this Spotlight, the discussion turns to Governor Pritzker’s abuse of his emergency powers and executive orders – a deliberate overreach that has been enabled by the legislature’s abdication of their authority, as well as the failure of Kwame Raoul (the current Attorney General) to protect the public interests of the citizens of Illinois and to enforce the law set forth in the Illinois Emergency Management Agency Act.… Continue Reading

Two hundred and two years after achieving statehood, Illinois – the Land of Lincoln – is more commonly associated with political and electoral corruption than with Honest Abe. Illinoisans Protest Governor Pritzker’s Tyrannical Orders

Written by Austin Scott Davies

On Saturday, over a thousand Illinois citizens came together at the State Capitol in Springfield, Illinois, to declare their God-given rights in the face of oppression by Governor J.B. Pritzker and his administration. Since Pritzker declared every county in Illinois a disaster on March 9, 2020, he has issued executive orders that far exceed his authority and trample on the rights of Illinois citizens. Thousands of businesses and churches have been shuttered and thousands of livelihoods have been needlessly destroyed with no regard for constitutional constraints on government overreach.… Continue Reading

Be Part of Illinois’ Conservative Resurgence: Don’t Miss ICU Strategy 2019

Written by Tamara Jackson

Pundits and politicians across the nation write off our state as dark blue, a bastion of leftist thought and policy. Conservative presidential candidates often bypass Illinois, also assuming it’s a lost cause and a Democrat stronghold. Likewise, regressive candidates frequently skip the state assuming it’s automatically in the D column.

But in truth, Illinois has hundreds of thousands of good conservative people. The percentage of conservative voters (thinkers) grows exponentially the further one travels farther away from Chicago and Crook County.… Continue Reading
