COVID-19 Government Censorship: How Big Med Operates

Written by Robert Knight

If there were any doubt that the COVID-19 pandemic exposed widespread corruption in America’s health care establishment, a federal lawsuit should put it to rest.

Filed by the attorneys general of Missouri and Louisiana, Murthy v. Missouri accuses the Biden administration of censoring medical views it dislikes.

So, what did the American Medical Association do? The doctors guild lined up with the censors in an amicus brief.

That’s right. It’s their way or the highway, science be damned.… Continue Reading

Integrating Politics and Science—By First Separating Them

Written by Dr. Lucian Gideon Conway III

Freedom inherently involves risks. If you want your children to roam free at the local playground, they might injure themselves on the big slide. If you want the freedom to watch baseball, someone might get hit in the head by a stray line drive. All decisions about restricting freedom thus require a cost/benefit analysis that weighs the benefits of freedom against the potential risks.

In practice, this analysis requires two very different sets of considerations.… Continue Reading

The COVID Debacle Should End All Calls For Government-Run Healthcare

Written by Peter Heck

Liberal commentator Bari Weiss made headlines last weekend by prosecuting the actions of U.S. public health entities and government for their handling of the COVID-19 pandemic, suggesting that future generations will consider them to have committed a “moral crime.”

Her words may have inflamed the Fauci-fanatics in American society, but coming on the heels of the CDC’s stunning admission that natural immunity was six times more effective during the Delta variant wave – despite the fact that public health officials shamed those who were suggesting as much at the time – there are more citizens than ever who are now choosing COVID realism over alarmism.… Continue Reading

Liberals Are Lying to You While Turning America Upside Down

Written by Dr. Everett Piper

M. Scott Peck once said that America had become a “people of the lie.” His point was that our nation’s establishment — our leaders in government, media and education, along with the hoard of mindless lemmings who parrot their every decree — have lied so often to others and even to themselves that they have come to believe their own deception.

“The central defect of the evil,” he said, “is not the sin but the refusal to acknowledge it.” … Continue Reading

Dr. Fauci’s Small Man Disease and Communist Authoritarians

Written by Dr. Everett Piper

This past week, Dr. Anthony Fauci granted an interview to the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation where he said the following.

“What people have to appreciate, [is] that, indeed, you do have personal liberties for yourself, and you should be in control of that, but you are a member of society, and as a member of society reaping all the benefits of being a member of society, you have a responsibility to society.

The COVID-19 Rise of Deception and Tyranny

Written by Robert Knight

If nothing else, the pandemic has exposed the contempt that government health officials, the Democrats and their media have for the public.

They routinely cover up real scandals and lie by omission. Their thirst for power and coercion is bottomless. Often, the untold story is so damaging that its retelling is suppressed.

For nearly two years, the media and Big Tech actively censored any discussions about the possibility of the Wuhan virus having come from the military-run bioweapons lab in Wuhan, China.… Continue Reading

Climate Models and COVID-19 Models

Written by Norman Rogers

Computer models are seductive even though they are very often completely wrong. The more complicated they are the greater chance that they are wrong. Like children, they copy their parents — the model architects. Confirmation bias involves cherry picking facts to obtain a result consistent with preexisting beliefs. A complicated computer model with many degrees of freedom is a perfect environment for confirmation bias to have its way. The investigator usually will believe, or at least claim, that his model is objectively setup without bias entering into the effort.… Continue Reading

Once Again, Trump Was Right And The Media Were Wrong

Written by Andrea Widburg

In February, China reported that chloroquine could fight coronavirus, which led to a burst of media optimism. However, when President Donald Trump said he hoped that chloroquine might cure coronavirus, the media instantly turned on the drug. Unsurprisingly, the media were wrong. The lead doctor of the latest study on the drug says chloroquine is so helpful it would be unethical to deny it to control groups.

We first learned about chloroquine in mid-February, when Sun Yanrong, the deputy head of the China National Center for Biotechnology Development, announced that it was one of three drugs that the Chinese had successfully used to treat coronavirus.… Continue Reading
