Bernie Scolds Elon Musk for Taking Subsidies Sanders Made Possible

In a Twitter battle last week, U.S. Senator Bernie Sanders (I-VT) criticized Elon Musk for accepting billions of dollars in government support. The exchange erupted over Sanders’ new bill to impose a wealth tax on Musk and other billionaires. The Ninety-Seven Percent Consensus Myth

Public opinion on global warming/climate change has been relatively stable for some time across the globe.

Climate-Change Opportunists Latch Onto Coronavirus

While she didn’t get it into the $2.2 trillion bill to stimulate the economy and help businesses survive the nearly nationwide shutdown during the Coronavirus pandemic, U.S. House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) tried to insert tax credits for solar and wind and CO2 emissions standards for airlines as part of her effort to get America to fight global warming.

A bizarre incident at Union Theological Seminary illustrates why many Christians believe that internal forces, not external ones, represent the greatest threat to the church.

Students at this seminary prayed to a collection of plants in its chapel, which triggered a raft of criticism on Twitter. The school defiantly defended its action in a series of tweets.
