Every day, “progressives” provide evidence for their unfitness for any positions of leadership, power, or influence. Senate minority leader and master of hyperbole and prevarication Chuck Schumer (D-NY) provides a case in point. In response to the confirmation of Amy Coney Barrett to the U.S. Supreme Court, Schumer made this comment on the U.S. Senate floor:
It will go down as one of the darkest days in the 231-year history of the United States Senate.

Why do leftists, particularly women, worship the notorious Ruth Bader Ginsburg (RBG)? Why are even some Republicans waxing effusive about her?
Yes, it’s lovely that she had a deep friendship with her ideological foe Antonin Scalia, but is that really deserving of plaudits and fawning admiration. Have we come to a cultural place so degraded, so uncivil, so intolerant, so nasty and brutish that friendship between people of dissenting worldviews is oohed and aahed over like the discovery of beautiful bird long-assumed to be extinct?… Continue Reading

Those who refuse to vote for President Trump because they find his tweets and temperament off-putting are small-minded, myopic, self-indulgent traitors to America. They are indulging their antipathy for Trump at the expense of America’s future.
There is a loathsome campaign afoot by Never-Trumpers/RINOs/Establishment Republicans (aka the D.C. swamp) to bequeath to the next generation a country of far more oppression, far less liberty, far greater educational indoctrination, a darker economic future, and more threats domestic and foreign.… Continue Reading

The U.S. Constitution says there can be no religious test applied to those seeking office at the federal level (Article 6, clause 3). But lately some on the left are trying to apply a type of religious test against some would-be Trump nominees.
Two years ago, U.S. Senator Bernie Sanders (I-VT) raked a Trump nominee over the coals because of the man’s theological views. Russell Vought, a nominee to the Office of Management and Budget, attended Wheaton College.… Continue Reading

There is one single major cause for the chaos surrounding Republican SCOTUS confirmations over the past thirty years – the fulcrum for the entire exercise of humiliating conservative judges. It’s not the Democrats, it’s not the left, and it’s not the feminists. They aren’t the crucial factor. They simply take advantage of it.
Quite simply put, it’s the GOP weak links.
Let’s be clear on terminology: these are not RINOs. Of the four who succeeded in disrupting the Brett Kavanaugh nomination, none fits the classic mold of the RINO – the go-along-to-get-along type who adapts liberal principles and policies to reap benefits at the expense of rank-and-file Republicans. … Continue Reading

Republican presidential candidate Ted Cruz said that he will push for a ban against Syrian Muslims entering the United States, citing the Obama administration and intelligence agencies inability to identify refugees from terrorists.
“We should not be allowing Muslim refugees from countries where ISIS and al Qaeda have control of significant amounts of territory because of the inability of this administration, the inability of our intelligence sources to distinguish between who is and is not an ISIS terrorist,” Cruz told Jon Karl of ABC News.… Continue Reading
