U.S. Senator Ted Cruz (R-TX) said on Thursday that he would ensure that men wouldn’t be allowed to go into women’s bathrooms if he were elected president.
The Advocate reported Cruz made his comments on conservative radio talk show host Steven Crowder’s radio show, in which Crowder said that people get offended for using “genetically proper pronouns.”
The Advocate reported what transpired:
“Look, these guys are so nutty that the federal government is going after school districts, trying to force them to let boys shower with little girls,” Cruz responded.

Last Friday, seven GOP presidential candidates (Ben Carson, Ted Cruz, Carly Fiorina, Mike Huckabee, Rand Paul, Marco Rubio, and Rick Santorum) descended on Iowa for The FAMiLY Leader’s Presidential Family Forum. But most importantly, a Republican Precinct Committeeman is the face of the GOP within the precinct. A Republican Precinct Committeeman may be the only party official many voters ever meet in person.

President Barack Obama offered assurances this week that Syrian refugees coming into the United States would be thoroughly vetted to ensure they were not involved with terrorism — even though this year multiple terrorism charges were brought against immigrants and refugees across the country who had at one point made it through government vetting to become U.S. citizens, legal residents or attain refugee status.

Republican presidential candidate Ted Cruz said that he will push for a ban against Syrian Muslims entering the United States, citing the Obama administration and intelligence agencies inability to identify refugees from terrorists.
