This past week I made a mistake. I was careless and retweeted something before I fact-checked it. I shouldn’t have. I was lax, I was lazy and what I posted turned out to be fake news.
Here’s my post.
“And once he’s gone and we have regained our rightful place in the White House, look out if you supported him and endorsed his actions because we’ll be coming for you next.

There are many people who do not like the personality of President Donald J. Trump and his unorthodox methods of communicating. Some have even gone so far as to say that they couldn’t vote for him because of his temperament and/or boorishness.
Having concerns about or aversions to President Trump’s style is understandable. You don’t have to like him. When it comes to picking the commander in chief of the United States, we believe that voters should carefully consider President Trump’s record of achievements over the past four years and his goals for a second term.… Continue Reading

In a dramatic U.S. Senate hearing, the outstanding U.S. Senator Josh Hawley (R-MO) interrogates James Comey, former FBI director and colluder in the Russia hoax, about his “extraordinary abuse of power” in signing multiple error-ridden FISA applications with the goal of unleashing the federal government against an American citizen in the hope of unseating a duly elected president. Hawley’s shredding of Comey’s responses exposes what a small man Comey is.… Continue Reading

As the American political world gears up for what promises to be one of the most acrimonious, bitter, and embarrassing confirmation hearings in the history of the federal judiciary, I’m curious if anyone has picked up on a common theme when it comes to these reputation desecrations we call senatorial “advise and consent.”
Out of sheer curiosity I conducted an informal, and extraordinarily unscientific survey of a small group of 5 politically aware colleagues and friends.… Continue Reading
