In recent years, there’s been a massive surge of crime in America’s major cities, including violent crimes and murder specifically. For example, there were 397 murders in Los Angeles in 2021. According to Los Angeles Magazine, that was an 11.8 percent increase from the 355 murders in the city in 2020 and a 53.9 percent increase from the 258 murders in the pre-pandemic year of 2019. Three hundred ninety-seven murders was the highest total in the city since 395 people were murdered there in 2007.… Continue Reading

Illinois has some exceptional conservative candidates running for office in the upcoming primaries. Citizens concerned with the direction of the state are becoming involved. Leftists, fearing the exit of persons of color from the Democrat Party desperately want voters to believe diversity is missing among the conservative candidates. They are again using identity politics to divide America, hoping to convince voters of the lie that conservatives represent only white America. … Continue Reading

According to a recent survey conducted by the Freedom Forum, fewer people in our country consider religious freedom as the first and most foundational freedom.
It’s indeed alarming to see there’s waning knowledge about religious liberty being the cornerstone of a free society, the wellspring from which all other liberties flow.
We’re at a point in our nation’s history when religious freedoms—indeed all of our constitutional rights and freedoms—are under attack like never before.… Continue Reading

As we anticipate our upcoming 2022 Worldview Conference on February 26, this edition of Spotlight takes a look back at the 2021 conference. The focus for last year’s event was Critical Race Theory – a topic that is still very much in the news today. In her presentation, Counterfeit Justice: The Truth About Critical Race Theory, Angela Sailor outlines her opposition to the Marxist ideology movement and offers encouragement and practical suggestions for parents, and all Christians, who are ready to take a stand against federal overreach in education, identity politics, revisionist history and CRT.… Continue Reading

This past week, at the very time multiple reports show that our country’s high priest of “scientism” — his eminence, the grand and glorious Dr. Anthony Fauci — has been lying to us about everything from the effectiveness of his monastic lockdowns to the side effects of his sacramental vaccines, the “Branch Covidians” took to the airways to call anyone who dares challenge their false religion and its venerated spiritual leader, cultists.… Continue Reading

“Then Peter began to speak: ‘I now realize how true it is that God does not show favoritism
but accepts from every nation the one who fears him and does what is right.’”

I was always taught that the best person for a job will get the job, but apparently merit means nothing to Biden. The current President of the United States has only one requirement for his new U.S.… Continue Reading

America was founded and expanded from sea to sea by rugged individualists, freedom-loving men and women who believed in personal responsibility, self-sufficiency, and independence. Our pioneering ancestors had a no-excuses attitude toward life. They believed in working hard, smart, and long to build better lives for themselves and their families, wanted opportunities not handouts, would accept only what they earned, and preferred a government that stayed out of their way.… Continue Reading

There were more than a few storylines to track after one of the most intransigent liberals in the history of the U.S. Supreme Court, Stephen Breyer, announced he would be stepping down at the end of this term.
First, the timing of the announcement seemed suspect. Justices have historically waited much later in the term to declare such an intent (Kennedy, Souter, O’Connor). That early timing led to widespread speculation that Breyer likely gave the White House the courtesy of a wary heads-up to avoid them being taken off guard and allow them to give a full and proper vetting of potential replacements.… Continue Reading

[On] Monday, Jan. 24, 2022, U.S. Senator Ron Johnson (R-WI), conducted a hearing on the issue of COVID-19 interventions. More specifically, the senator invited testimony regarding our military’s new practice of requiring mRNA injections of all our nation’s soldiers. Mr. Johnson’s goal was quite simple and straightforward. He wanted to learn what the available data shows concerning this new drug’s efficacy and potential side effects.
Why is this important?
Well, it is pretty simple.… Continue Reading
