With that, U.S. Supreme Court nominee Judge Ketanji Brown Jackson ducked the puzzling question about what constitutes a human female adult.

It’s not that she doesn’t know. She is a woman.

It’s more likely she was pandering to the far-left fringe that controls the Democratic Party, Big Tech, academia and the media. To them, sex is entirely subjective. This past week, the following exchange took place between U.S. Senator Marsha Blackburn (R-TN) and U.S. Supreme Court nominee Judge Ketanji Brown Jackson.

Mrs. Blackburn: “In United States vs. Virginia, the Supreme Court struck down the Virginia Military Institute’s male-only admission policy.
