Citizens across the state of Illinois will be casting their votes in today’s General Election. Pro-family candidates need your vote. Therefore, Values Voters must stand up and be counted. Our voice in this election – and in every election – is critical.  So, if you haven’t already voted in this election cycle, please make sure you get to the polls today!

Our universe operates according to myriad laws, including invisible, non-material laws. Understanding how invisible laws, which would certainly include God’s moral code, operate is critically important. To disregard God’s moral laws is to invite disaster.

For the last sixty years, (perhaps) well-meaning leaders have told Christians that we ought not involve ourselves in politics and culture.

Every election cycle politicians love to make the claim that this year’s race is the most important election of our lifetime. Of course, there is some validity in those calls-t0-action.

We don’t know what the future holds, but one thing we can tell you is that the U.S. Supreme Court decision to overturn Roe v Wade has made every election moving forward eminently and critically important.

For the first time in 50 years electing pro-life legislators is more than just symbolic.

With the midterm elections just a couple of days away, the woke cries of Christian nationalism are again on the rise. We hear the portents from coast to coast. Everyone from California’s dear leader, Gavin Newsom, to George Soros’ sock puppet, President Biden, is warning that “Christian nationalists” are perhaps the greatest threat to our country.

“Beware of the heartland conservatives,” they shout! “These Bible-thumping rubes are dangerous. They’re destroying democracy and must be stopped, or the next shoe to fall will be forced conversions, inquisitions, public floggings and witch hunts.”

The 2022 General Election campaign is reaching the home stretch, and the start of expanded in-person early voting and local get-out-the-vote (GOTV) efforts are underway to ensure that all voters turn out to cast their ballots. In their GOTV messaging, everyone from the honorable precinct committeepersons on up should remind voters, “Don’t Stop at the Top!”

In the 2020 elections, Kane County saw four of its countywide offices flipped from Republican to Democrat control, including the open offices of county board chairman (elected at-large by popular vote) and state’s attorney.

Meet Kathleen Murray, the Illinois Family Action endorsed candidate for Illinois Senate District 21.

Ms. Murray sat down recently with Monte Larrick to discuss her qualifications to serve in the Illinois Senate, her proposed PARENTS BILL OF RIGHTS, her experience with the 2021 Oak Brook Mall Christmas shootings and the policy differences with her opponent.

On the need for a PARENTS BILL OF RIGHTS in Illinois Ms. Murray stated:

“Parents, not the government, have the authority and responsibility to raise their minor children according to their values, to determine the appropriate time to introduce sex related topics, to make decisions for the physical, emotional and mental wellness of their child and to control the transition from childhood to adulthood.”
