Left-Wing Media Push Hamas Propaganda

Barely a week after the horrific October 7th Hamas terror attacks on Israel, we noticed CNN’s coverage starting to turn foul. We then noticed it on the PBS News Hour as well. Their coverage drifted away from the abhorrent murders, rapes and kidnappings committed by Islamic jihadists, to a more sympathetic tone for the people of Palestine and the terrorists that they unequivocally support. ABC, CBS, and NBC “news” programs quickly followed suit.

Chicago’s liberal media have now even feigned outrage at conservative talk radio for a dreadful murder of a six-year-old boy by his parent’s crazed landlord. Yes, this so-called “hate crime” should be condemned, but honesty compels us to recognize that every murder of an innocent human being is hatefully committed. Yet we don’t hear the liberal media use those terms to describe what Hamas purposefully did to the children and women in Israel on October 7th.

Why don’t we hear the evening news anchors call out the hate of Hamas’ explicit aims and stated objectives which include the “complete destruction of Israel as an essential condition for the liberation of Palestine and the establishment of a theocratic state based on Islamic law (Sharia)?”

How about the voters in Gaza? Hamas is the democratically elected government in Gaza. Yes, Islamic residents there have repeatedly elected terrorists who hate Israel & want to exterminate Jews as their leaders. The Qur’an clearly instructs followers to attack and kill those who will not submit to Islam:

8:12: “When thy Lord was revealing to the angels, ‘I am with you; so confirm the believers. I shall cast into the unbelievers’ hearts terror; so smite above the necks, and smite every finger of them!” [Emphasis added]

and in

9:5: “Then, when the sacred months are over, slay the idolaters wherever you find them, and take them, and confine them, and lie in wait for them at every place of ambush. But if they repent, and perform the prayer, and pay the alms, then let them go their way; Allah is All-forgiving, All-compassionate.” [Emphasis added]

and in

47:4: “When you meet the unbelievers, smite their necks, then, when you have made wide slaughter among them, tie fast the bonds; then set them free, either by grace or ransom, till the war lays down its loads. So it shall be; and if Allah had willed, He would have avenged Himself upon them; but that He may try some of you by means of others. And those who are slain in the way of Allah, He will not send their works astray.” [Emphasis added]

Will you hear the media condemn the Qur’an as the motivating source of “hate” as they do with conservative talk radio? Don’t hold your breath: they refuse to assign a motive for Islamic crimes against humanity.
