Administrators Force Middle School Girls to Undress in Front of Biological Male

Shepard Middle School, located in Illinois School District 109 in Deerfield, is under heavy fire for forcing middle school girls to undress in front of a biological male.

As a soon-to-be mom to a baby girl, this is enraging.

This story broke when Nicole Georgas’ 13-year-old daughter came home from school on February 5th visibly upset and frightened.

When Nicole asked her daughter why she was upset, the answer was shocking.

A boy had been in the girl’s bathroom. Not only this, he was allowed to be in the girl’s bathroom.

Why? Because he identifies as a girl.

Nicole Georgas testified to the following during her speech at the school board meeting:

“The girls want their locker rooms and bathrooms back. They want their privacy back. This is why I’m here tonight. My 13-year-old daughter’s well-being, mental health, and privacy are at stake…

She was told by the administration that a student can use the bathroom as well as a female locker room because they now identify as female.”

Upon hearing this news from her daughter, Nicole contacted the school administration immediately and informed them that their decision to allow biological males in girls only spaces was a direct violation of President Trump’s “Keeping Men Out of Women’s Sports” executive order.

She was told that the school’s legal counsel disagreed and that the boy was allowed to use female spaces.

Nicole then proceeded to file a civil rights complaint:

“That day, I filed a civil rights complaint, on behalf of my daughter, with the Department of Justice. It has now been referred to the Department of Education. A federal complaint has been filed with the district to protect the students.”

However, the situation worsened.

Just days later, Nicole’s daughter along with her other classmates refused to change into their PE uniforms due to the fact that the biological boy was inside the locker room.

The next day, the administrators pulled all the girls aside and forced them to change into their PE uniforms in front of the “transgender” student:

“That day, [Assistant Superintendent for Student Services] Joanna Ford, [Assistant Principal] Cathy Van Treese, and multiple teachers all came into the girls’ locker room, making them change into uniform. This went on all week…”

Representative Mary Miller of Illinois has urged President Trump to strip Deerfield School District 109 of all federal funding due to their violation to women’s privacy through their refusal to comply with his “Keeping Men Out of Women’s Sports” executive order.

“Forcing middle school girls to undress in front of a biological male is not just perverted—it’s an egregious violation of their privacy and President Trump’s executive order to protect girls in female-only spaces. I urge President Trump to immediately pull all federal funding going towards this school district.”

Mary Miller proudly stands with Nicole Georgas and her daughter and on behalf of all girls finding themselves in similar situations in the government school system.

“I stand firmly with Nicole Georgas in defending the rights of our daughters. The privacy and innocence of young girls must be protected—not sacrificed to appease radical leftists pushing their unnatural agenda.”

Parents, not only must we stand with Nicole Georgas, but we must hold school districts accountable for the policies they employ.

The consolidated election, which includes the election of school board members, is on April 1st.

Then make it a priority to vote – not just for yourselves, but for your children.
