Update: IFA Candidate Forum on March 26th

Written by David E. Smith

After two cancelations due to weather advisories we have decided to reschedule our Candidate Forum to March 26th, which is a Saturday evening.

This forum will be for Republican candidates seeking the party’s nomination for U.S. Senate and the office of Governor of the State of Illinois. A panel of three Illinois pastors will be posing questions to the candidates.

The candidates for U.S. Senate will begin the forum at 7 PM. They will be followed by the gubernatorial candidates at 8 PM.

Location and time are as follows:

Church of Christian Liberty (map)
502 W Euclid Avenue
Arlington Heights, IL

7:00 PM – 9:00 PM
Doors open at 6:30 PM

The purpose of the IFA Candidate Forum is to give Illinois voters an opportunity to hear directly from candidates without the interference, bias, and selective editing of the establishment media. We hope to foster discussions on the issues of importance to the candidates and to the voters in this election.

The event is open to the public and will be video recorded for publication. In addition to the panel of pastors, select questions may be submitted in advance from the public. These are being accepted by email at feedback@ifiaction.org.

Candidates will be given a display table to exhibit their campaign brochures, bumper stickers, and yard signs.
