In a case that could have national implications for election integrity, the U.S. Supreme Court has agreed to hear Judicial Watch, Inc. et al. v. The Illinois State Board of Elections, a lawsuit brought on behalf of U.S. Representative Mike Bost (R-Murphysboro) and two presidential electors.
