25th IL Senate Dist. Endorsement: Jeanette Ward

The voters in the 25^th State Senate District have an amazing opportunity to nominate a courageous woman with unmovable integrity in the Republican primary election. Jeanette Ward is a proven conservative who will fight tenaciously for our families and our values. She has the unwavering support of Illinois Family Action!

You may remember that Jeannette served on the largest elected school board in Illinois, District U-46, from 2015-2019. She made national news due to her principled opposition to the district’s liberal policies. In 2016, a male student who identified as a “trans” girl, demanded unrestricted access to the girls’ locker rooms and restrooms. Jeanette fought hard to protect the privacy of District U-46 girls and represent the interests of the many parents in the community who opposed co-ed private spaces.

Immune to withering personal attacks from uncivil “progressives” who served with her on the board and their allies, Jeanette stood steadfast and with grace for wise policies. Her central goals are to be a good steward of the power entrusted to her, to safeguard children, and to bring common sense to public policy, including fiscal policies.
