The liberal wing of the Republican Party in Illinois never hesitates to attack or abandon conservatives (think Jack Ryan). That doesn’t stop them from demanding unity and loyalty from conservatives for one of their own. And should a conservative policy organization inquire about the non-personal POLICY positions of a liberal Republican, the Illinois GOP social policy lefties shriek like stuck pigs.
This past week Illinois Family Action told the truth about GOP state senate candidate Arie Friedman’s Barack Obama-like pro-abortion stance (see articles here, here and here).… Continue Reading

Calling all Patriots — we need your help!
Dear Pro-Family Friends,
With 42 days left before Americans go to the polls to elect state and federal officials, we have a rapidly closing window of opportunity to influence local elections. The last 40 days before an election is a fantastic time to exercise your civic duty and at the same time promote conservative ideals and help elect candidates who share your values.
Contact the IFA office at (708) 781-9371 and we will help you identify a good, family-friendly local campaign in which you can help make phone calls, stuff envelopes, assemble yard signs, distribute literature, march in parades and a variety of other tasks.… Continue Reading

Almost all of those who have emailed us following our exposé of Dr. Arie Friedman’s pro-abortion position have expressed shock about his views, which he does not include on his website and which we have learned are even more extreme than we realized.
Although Friedman did not return IFI’s survey on his positions or the survey sent out by Illinois Citizens for Life, he did express his views to the Buffalo Grove Patch in June:
“Friedman indicated he supports a women’s right to choose.

Can anyone forget that Republicans have been lectured ad nauseum that they need to call a truce on the social issues and that all that matters is the economy?
Well, the barely concealed truth has been fully exposed in “Republican” Arie Friedman’s recent election flyer. It reveals that the truce the Illinois GOP is demanding is really a forfeit by conservative Republicans. Dr. Friedman’s flyer reveals that faux Republicans are free to pursue their anti-life agenda with impunity and without paternalistic lectures from the all-knowing Illinois GOP.… Continue Reading

While this past weekend saw an 18% decline in movie box office receipts from last year and drew the least income among the top 12 grossing films since 2008, one movie is doing better than most people ever predicted. Dinesh D’Souza’s 2016: Obama’s America, the conservative feature film has earned over $26 million in the US, making it the second highest-grossing political documentary of all-time.
Although not on a huge number of screens and widely dismissed by the media, the film is doing well and more importantly it is worth seeing.… Continue Reading

While it would have been appropriate, there was no reference to rebellion against King George proclaimed last Monday outside the Will County Courthouse when 39 county officials and candidates signed the “Will County Declaration of Independence from Cook County-style politics.”
The modern day Will County rebels were clearly Inspired by America’s Founding Fathers and their example of severing ties with the tax-demanding, insatiable, corrupt English crown on July 4, 1776.

“But whoever disowns me before others, I will disown before my Father in heaven.” ~Matthew 10:33
Are you a believer? I’m not asking if you’re a Democrat, a Republican or an independent. I’m asking if you believe in God. The God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob. The God of the living, not the dead. The great “I Am.”
If so, here’s something to seriously consider in the voting booth on Nov. 6. In its official 2012 version, the Democratic Party finally scrubbed all recognition of God from its party platform.… Continue Reading

When asked about the removal of “God” from the Democratic Platform, Illinois’ U.S. Senator Dick Durbin responded, “…to suggest that this document and the insertion of two words here and one word there, now defines politics in America suggests to me that you’re not focusing on the real issues that Americans care about.”
I wonder what he would say now that the Democrats put “God” back in? Would he again say that his Party and fellow Democrats are not focusing on the real issues that Americans care about — or would he admit that his Party and fellow Democrats have suddenly realized that the rejection of “God” will not play well with most Americans?… Continue Reading

Monday morning, WGN radio host Mike McConnell interviewed IFI’s Laurie Higgins about the fallacious “hate” designations given to conservative Christian groups like IFI, Family Research Council (FRC) & American Family Association (AFA) by the extreme leftist Southern Poverty Law Center (SPLC).
Laurie did a fantastic job, clearly articulating the hypocrisy, inconsistency and destructiveness of their “hate” label.
Kudos to the host, Mike McConnell, who provide Laurie the time to discuss important issues surrounding these dubious “hate” groups listings. … Continue Reading
