Our Christian values, basic freedoms, and even common sense have been under relentless attack for years — but never more fiercely than in recent times. Now, in response to the conservative reforms advanced by the Trump administration, radical activists are escalating their attacks here in Illinois. That is why Illinois Family Action (IFA) must be fully equipped for the fight ahead — to defend biblical values, hold politicians accountable, and expose the radical agenda of leftist candidates in the critical 2026 elections.

The basic rights, safety, and opportunities of women and girls are under direct attack. Left-wing lawmakers in Springfield may push a dangerous constitutional amendment in 2026 that would enshrine so-called “gender identity” into Illinois’ Constitution.

If such an amendment passes, girls will lose athletic opportunities to biological males, and public institutions will be forced to ignore real biological differences—effectively erasing women’s private spaces, protections, and legal standing.

Illinois Family Action refuses to sit on the sidelines. We are leading the fight to defend women and girls when too many politicians are surrendering to radical ideology.

Here is how we will stand in the gap in 2026—with your help, we will:

✅ Fight to stop the Illinois constitutional amendment that would lock “gender self-identification” into law and threaten the safety, privacy, and fairness owed to every woman and girl

✅ Work to ensure the U.S. Supreme Court affirms that eligibility for women’s and girls’ sports is based on biological sex—not subjective gender identity

Illinois Family Action will not rest until the law once again recognizes, protects, and honors the reality of male and female.

We cannot ignore how the left is dedicated to intentionally making apostles of wokeism. Yet, Christians are called to make disciples of Jesus Christ. Leftists are working to make government the ultimate authority on life in the United States, replacing the fear of God with the fear of man. As they foster a larger nanny state, they also increase the tyranny of the state. As government authority grows, our individual liberties diminish.
