Written by Alyssa Sonnenburg
In memory of Dr. Voddie Baucham, this week’s episode of Spotlight features IFI’s interview with Voddie Baucham at the 2023 Black Conservative Summit.
Dr. Baucham was a husband, father, pastor, author, was the dean of the school of divinity at African Christian University in Zambia for 9 years, and he also served as the first president of Founders Seminary in Cape Corral, Florida. He and his bold ministry will be greatly missed by the staff at Illinois Family Institute.
In this interview, Dr. Baucham breaks down the realities of education in America today.
“Quality Christian education is an education that is rooted and grounded in a biblical worldview.
It’s an education that seeks excellence in the pursuit of truth, beauty, and goodness to the glory of God.
It’s an education that is uncompromisingly rigorous in terms of its academics, and is uncompromising and unwavering in terms of its commitment to biblical truth.”
This is an episode that you will not want to miss.
