2020 Election Information for Judges

The 2020 General Election is here! Voters in Illinois are heading to the polls to elect the next President, U.S. Senator and numerous other legislative offices. One section, however, that is often overlooked are judicial candidates. With the recent onslaught of pervasive rulings that have come from various judicial branches, it is painfully clear that this portion of the ballot cannot be overlooked.

Though it would be an enormous endeavor to seek out information on every judicial election throughout the state, Illinois Family Action is recommending THIS RESOURCE to help voters make informed decisions.

We have several very trustworthy sources who have recommended or not recommended a few judges that are very familiar with.

For voters from Cook County, the Lesbian and Gay Bar Association of Chicago has made recommendations for judicial elections where one can vote in the opposite way based on their recommendations, CLICK HERE to view.
