SPOTLIGHT: Rehumanizing the Baby in the Womb

The intersection of Vollmer Rd. and Governors Hwy. in Flossmoor, Illinois was a stop on the 2019 “Face the Truth” Tour, and also the setting for this week’s Spotlight conversation between Monte Larrick and Eric Scheidler, executive director of the Pro-Life Action League and leader of the FTT Tour.

Scheidler explains the psychology behind the new focus of the “Face the Truth” Tour and speaks to the challenges pro-life proponents face in engaging with the radically pro-abortion, fetus-hating culture that has taken hold in Illinois and our nation.

After the break, Scheidler and Larrick discuss the importance of standing firm against any attempt to overturn the Parental Notice of Abortion Act – now is the time to contact your legislators, meet with them face-to-face, and make your voice heard! Additionally, they address Republican efforts to repeal the Reproductive Health Act, legislation that would make Illinois a heartbeat state, and the need to educate the populace and keep the issue of abortion at the forefront of the public conscience.
