<p>U.S. Senators <strong>Chuck Schumer</strong> and <strong>Patrick Leahy</strong> <a href="http://fox17online.com/2017/01/31/schumer-says-gorsuch-isnt-in-mainstream/">claimed</a> that newly confirmed U.S. Supreme Court Justice <strong>Neil Gorsuch</strong> was not in the “<a href="http://www.cnsnews.com/news/article/susan-jones/leahy-tells-gorsuch-originalism-remains-outside-mainstream-moderate">legal mainstream</a>.” They were referring to the “living Constitution” approach to constitutional interpretation.
