Hecox</em></a> and <a href="https://www.oyez.org/cases/2025/24-43" target="_blank" rel="noopener"><em>West Virginia v. B.P.J.</em></a> The plaintiffs are suing Idaho and West Virginia, respectively, for enacting laws that expressly prohibit men from competing in women’s athletics.
