<p>Did you know that the <em>Pregnant Workers Fairness Act</em> (PWFA) includes coverage for the cost of abortions and abortion-related services?</p>
<p>The PWFA, which went into effect on June 27, 2023, was originally intended to provide pregnant workers with reasonable accommodations due to their pregnancy.</p>
