Written by Thomas Hampson

We live in a divided nation. The unity we built 250 years ago is now fractured, and our disagreements have become so intense and sometimes so violent that they threaten the very fabric of our civil society.

One of the most volatile flashpoints today is the disagreement over how we enforce our national immigration laws.

Today, across the nation, hundreds of local “sanctuary” jurisdictions openly defy federal authority. We have seen this before.… Continue Reading

Written by David E. Smith

The shooting and death of Renee Nicole Good by an ICE agent in Minneapolis was tragic, completely avoidable, and deserves a full, transparent investigation and a serious response. We cannot ignore the dangerous reality on the ground: federal law-enforcement officers carrying out a vital mission are being targeted, threatened, doxed, assaulted, and routinely obstructed. That cannot continue.

These mob tactics cross the line. The First Amendment guarantees “the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.”… Continue Reading

Written by Daniel Harowitz

Everyone is hoping and assuming 2021 will be a better year than 2020. But it will not happen on its own. We must get on the playing field and make it happen.

Assuming Joe Biden is sitting in the White House on January 20, there is little we can do to influence the direction of federal policy in the coming years. And given that too few Republicans in the U.S. Senate plan to stand against Biden’s fraudulent election victory, we are out of options at the federal level to fight back against voter fraud.… Continue Reading
