A star was born last week in the great state of Maine. State Representative Laurel Libby, a Republican state legislator from the Auburn area, refused to apologize for a social media post criticizing transgender athletes.

Her post showed two photos of the same male pole-vaulter. One was taken at a boys’ event that he didn’t win, and the other showed him atop the podium after winning a girls’ competition. Ms. Libby’s comment was:

“Another day, another instance of an unremarkable male athlete (who couldn’t win against other males) dominating girls’ sports.”

The lesson of President Trump’s executive orders, effectively declaring an end to the lunacy of the transgender movement, is this: Americans are tired of the insults, and we will no longer parrot the LGBTQ lies.

Why do nearly 80% of Americans applaud Mr. Trump’s declaration that in the United States, there are, henceforth, only two genders? Why are equal numbers celebrating the end of men participating in women’s sports?

Insanity! On the heels of Target’s ridiculous bathroom policy to allow gender-confused men to have full access to women’s bathrooms in their stores, Barack Obama and his administration decided to issue a federal mandate requiring all public schools in the nation to comply with similar radical co-ed restroom policies.
