Yet those cuts must have fooled everyone else, because <a href="https://www.senate.gov/legislative/LIS/roll_call_votes/vote1181/vote_118_1_00146.htm">all but six Democrats voted <em>for</em> the bill in the U.S. Senate</a>, while Republican senators <em>opposed</em> it 32-17.
