<p>In the waning days of the 2022 spring session, the Illinois General Assembly passed <a href="https://www.ilga.gov/legislation/billstatus.asp?DocNum=3215&#38;GAID=16&#38;GA=102&#38;DocTypeID=SB&#38;LegID=138074&#38;SessionID=110" target="_blank" rel="noopener">SB 3215</a>, &#8220;<a href="https://www.ilga.gov/legislation/102/SB/PDF/10200SB3215lv.pdf" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Mental Health Validation Act</a>&#8220;.</p>
