February Matching Challenge Update

I am glad to be able to share some good news with you regarding the $20,000 matching challenge I wrote about earlier this month. The response to this annual matching challenge has been slower than we had hoped, but we are making progress toward our goal of raising a total of $40,000 before the end of the month.

We still need to raise a little more than $14,000 over the next two days in order to realize the full matching challenge.

“Darkest Hour,” the film which is still in theaters featuring Gary Oldman as Winston Churchill, focuses on an amazing period in the history. In 1940 the Nazis had taken most of Europe — only Great Britain stood in the way of total Nazi conquest. The leadership of Churchill was key to avoiding total surrender to an evil foe bent on the destruction of Western values. Britain held firm and in October, 1941, just days before the United States entered the war, Churchill proclaimed that what he and his fellow citizens were living through were “great days.”

Today in Illinois we seem to be living through “dark days,” but Illinois Family Action is committed to the fight to defend  common sense Christian values. The over-reach of the radical social issues political left through their advancement of transgender ideology has created an opportunity for us to regain lost ground in the culture — but we can only do so with your help.

Any donation given or mailed by February 28th will go toward this matching challenge and will enable us to be more aggressive in the final weeks of this primary election cycle.

If you haven’t already, please consider making a donation (which will be mataced) to IFA. Every donation–small, medium or large small–brings us closer to our goal. Don’t miss this opportunity to help us do important work!

Please DONATE ONLINE or call the IFA office

P.P.S. It is important that we turn our attention to ensuring that pro-family incumbent state legislators remain in office and that more are elected. That will happen with your help in getting the 2018 IFI Voter Guide in the hands of more Illinois values voters, particularly those in districts where there are key races. But we need the funding to complete this important project. Click HERE to make a online donation today.
